Earl Grey with Cornflowers
Perfectly blended rich black tea scented with the finest Italian bergamot oil, and sprinkled with cornflowers. Serve with a slice of lemon, a dash of milk, or just on its own (which is how I like it best). It also makes a fantastic cold brew. Just pop 8g per litre in cold water at bedtime. Strain it when you get up, and off you go.
Brewing InstructionsMeasure 1 heaped tsp of tea per cup (250ml) of water, and infuse for 3-5 minutes to taste in freshly boiled water
