Brew Guide : CAFETIÈRE
EQUIPMENT
French press, Coffee grinder, Coffee beans, Kettle to boil water, Measuring spoon, Timer
METHOD
1. Add your coffee to the French press (1 tablespoon per 200ml water)
2. Boil water and let it cool for a minute before pouring it onto the coffee
3. Give a gentle stir to make sure all the coffee is saturated
4. Put the lid on (without pressing down the plunger) and let it steep for 4 minutes
5. Press down the plunger slowly
6. Pour and enjoy immediately to avoid over-extraction
NOTES
Remember, brewing coffee is an art. Don’t be afraid to experiment with grind sizes, brew times, and water temperature until you find what tastes best for you!
