Where do you source your beans from?
We proudly source our beans from some of the finest coffee-growing regions in the world, including Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. We prioritize sustainable and ethical partnerships with farmers to ensure quality from farm to cup.
How fresh is your coffee?
Freshness is key at Grindsmith. We roast in small batches and ship our coffee within 24-48 hours of roasting, so you receive it at peak flavor and aroma.
Can I order wholesale coffee?
Absolutely! We provide wholesale options for cafés, restaurants, and other businesses. Get in touch with our team here, to discuss pricing and custom roast options tailored to your needs.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes, we offer a flexible subscription service. Choose your preferred beans and have our freshly roasted coffee delivered straight to your door at the frequency that suits you best.
How should I store my coffee?
To keep your Grindsmith coffee at its best, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. We recommend avoiding the fridge or freezer, as it can affect the beans’ flavor over time.
Can I visit your roastery?
We aren’t officially open to the public, but if you are interested in popping in to see the workings of the roastery and chat about coffee over a brew, then please drop us a message on roastery@grindsmith.co.uk
What grind size should I choose for my brewing method?
Espresso: Fine
Pour over : Medium
Cafetière : Coarse

What is the shelf life of your coffee?
To enjoy the best possible flavor, we recommend consuming our coffee within 2-4 weeks of roasting. However, properly stored coffee can last up to 6 months.
What is your returns or refunds policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that’s through a replacement or refund.
