This Exceptional hand-produced Assam is grown near Joypur in Upper Assam. It has a rich full and malty character with a great body and natural underlying sweetness.
The leaves are carefully harvested by hand and rolled into long bar shapes before drying to produce this wonderful tea.
Brewing Instructions
Measure 1 heaped tsp of tea per cup (250ml) of water, and infuse for 3-5 minutes to taste in freshly boiled water
