Grown in Fuding, China our Jasmine Pearls are created from carefully selected long and downy shoots from the Fuding Dabaicha varietal which are then hand rolled into ‘pearls’. The tea is then layered with Jasmine blossoms and left to absorb the fragrance. The flowers are removed, and the tea is carefully dried once more. The tea produces an elegant pale silver liquid with the heady aroma of Jasmine.
Measure 3g per cup (150-200ml), and infuse for 2-3 minutes in freshly boiled water cooled to 80° C. Jasmie pearls can be infused 3-4 times.
