Probably one of the finest Mint teas you will ever taste.  The leaves are dried , during which process they loose some of their essential 'minty oils'.  Once dried they are enlivened with pure peppermint oil which is carefully distilled on the same farm, and left to mature for at least a year, like fine wine.

This mint tea is exceptional, and we are truly lucky to be able to offer it.  A little goes a long way, so start off with a pinch and see where you go from there.  It also surprisingly, goes really well with Whisky - but I'll leave you to explore that one.

Brewing Instructions

Measure 1/2 - 1 tsp per cup (250ml) and brew in freshly boiled water for 3 minutes or to taste.
